I received an email response from a website inquiry online to Interstate Waste Services. This is what Lynne Kholer from IWS sent me;

As a new customer to the IWS family, we offer 1 plan for Trash + Recycling services. (All totes are provided please review chart below). The first month’s bill will be invoiced at the time of activating a new account. Rates are per month's billed quarterly statements, Every 3 months.)  

All Plans are Curbside Pick-up only :

Referrals : 1 month Free with new plan start up. All referrals given with your name will gift you an additional month free on all referrals to you and Neighbor(s) who call in.

Bulk Item : All Bulk charged on request.

Service available on service day only, must call to see open availability and schedule for services.
